Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required up front. Once you're ready to convert, billing runs through Stripe and the customer portal lives inside HexSign.
How the trial works
- Trials run for seven calendar days from the moment you click Start trial.
- All paid features are unlocked during the trial — you don't need a card to test alerts, multi-account sync, or RBAC.
- If you don't add a card, the workspace simply pauses at the end of the trial. No charge.
- If you add a card, the trial converts to whichever plan you picked, billed monthly or yearly.
Change plan or payment method

Open Settings → Billing
Only Owners can see the Billing tab. It shows your current plan, the next billing date, and a Manage subscription button.

Open the Stripe customer portal
Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal in a new tab. From there you can change plans, update the payment method, change the billing email, or cancel.

Download invoices
The Invoice history section in the portal lets you download every invoice as a PDF, including the line-items for any plan changes mid-cycle.
