HexSign is the dashboard your team logs into to manage Apple Developer certificates, provisioning profiles, bundle IDs, and devices. This guide walks through creating a fresh organization, setting up multi-factor authentication, and starting the 7-day free trial.
Before you start
- An email address you can receive a verification code on.
- An authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator) or a phone number for SMS — required to enable MFA.
- Optional: an App Store Connect API key, if you want to connect an Apple team during onboarding.
Sign up and create an organization
- 1
Open the sign-up page
Visit dashboard.hexsign.net and click "Create an account". HexSign uses Cognito for authentication, so the form asks for your email and a strong password.
- 2
Verify your email
Cognito sends a six-digit confirmation code to the address you used. Enter it on the next screen to confirm the account.
- 3
Name your organization
Pick a short name for your team (this becomes the workspace label visible to teammates). The user who creates the organization becomes its first Owner.
Enable multi-factor authentication
HexSign supports two MFA methods: TOTP via an authenticator app, or SMS to a registered phone number. Authenticator apps are recommended because they don't depend on the mobile network.
Start the free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required up front. Click "Start trial" on the plan that matches your team size, and you'll be dropped into the empty dashboard ready to connect your first Apple Developer account.
If you decide HexSign is the right fit during the trial, add a payment method from the Billing tab to convert to a paid subscription. If you don't, the workspace simply pauses at the end of the trial without any charge.
